About Me

Hi, I am an author and a family therapist, so I write mostly on family and relationships, parenting and creative spirituality. But I'm also a crafter and upcycler, so I am working on writing projects related to those activities too. I'm a creative writer at heart, so also write short stories and I'm longing to finish a novel that gets pushed onto the back burner by comissions and regular feature writing...I live on the side of a Scottish mountain with beautiful views in every direction - inspiring and distracting!

I've also written a book '100 creative writing activities that promote positive thinking' for Speechmark Publishing. A useful book for individuals, teachers, psychologists, therapists, librarians etc. Each activity is described on a separate printable page (disk included) that has been illustrated to create an attractive writing context. This is available on Amazon.
