About Us

We are two Kentucky Gals, Jean Kinsey and Becky Kelley, who enjoy writing and reading, in that order. Our purpose is to help others further their writing endeavors.

 Becky Kelley teaches English and psychology at the college level. She's been published in various newspapers and magazines throughout the country. Currently, she is working on her first novel, tentatively titled Swimming in Ice. She's also working on an upcoming comprehensive guide to Kentucky Wineries with her friend Kathy Anserson-Woodhouse.

Jean Kinsey has been published in multiple anthologies, including Chicken Soup for the Soul and Cup of Comfort. She's also been published in newspapers and periodicals. Jean's debut novel,THE LIGHT KEEPER'S DAUGHTER released by Desert Breeze Publishing released March 15, 2012

Jean is also contracted with Desert Breeze for a LOGAN COUTY TRILOGY series of books which includes; Book One:  Secrets of Willow Shade, now available, Shadows in the Shade Mar 2013, and Weeping Willow, Oct. 2013
